National Library Talk
For many in Singapore’s fast-paced society, a happy stomach can feel like an elusive dream. Acid reflux, bloating, constipation, and chronic diarrhoea are daily struggles that affect our focus, energy, and quality of life.
If this sounds familiar, the National Library Board (NLB) has a treat for you. On Friday, April 24, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, head to the Programme Zone on Level 4 of Chinatown Library for a free, bilingual health talk that bridges ancient wisdom with modern needs.
"中医如何看待常见消化问题? How TCM deals with common Gastrointestinal problems" is designed to offer practical solutions. The session will be led by TCM Physician Lim Yu Lin, a practitioner with a unique edge: she also has 15 years of experience as a cardiac sonographer in Singapore hospitals, giving her a rare "west-meets-east" perspective in patient care.
