Why can't I see my preferred physician at my clinic?

Physicians rotate between clinics throughout the week. If your physician isn't available at your nearest clinic on your preferred date, try a different clinic tab or WhatsApp us — we'll find the nearest available slot for you.
Can I change my appointment after booking?

Yes — you can reschedule or cancel directly from the Google Calendar invite in your email. Alternatively, call your clinic directly or WhatsApp us. There are no cancellation fees.
What happens after I book?

You'll receive an email confirmation immediately with your physician's name, clinic address, date, and time. Simply arrive 5 minutes early to complete your registration form.
Is there a consultation fee for booking?

Booking itself is free. The $18 consultation fee is paid at the clinic on the day of your appointment. There are no booking deposits or online payment required.
